Amie

With a background in dance and barre, Amie’s classes will get your body moving in all different ways. In addition to her Pilates expertise, Amie is also a Sweaty Betty Ambassador, Musical Theatre teacher for Stagecoach Performing Arts and choreographer.

Her classes are dynamic, fun, and always a little bit spicy - blending creativity, challenge, and plenty of personality.
