Book a Class

Studio Policies

  • We appreciate your understanding of our 24 hour cancellation policy. You’re welcome to reschedule your sessions freely up until 24  hours before your class starts. However, any cancellations made within the 24 hour window will be considered a “late cancellation”, and your session will be deducted accordingly.

  • A “no-show” is regarded as a late cancellation. If you are unable to attend, please make sure to cancel as soon as you can to give someone else the opportunity to join the class! Unfortunately, if you miss your class without informing us, your spot will be forfeited.

  • If a class is full, don’t worry -you can add yourself to the waitlist! Should a spot open up, you’ll receive a notification via email or text (depending on your account preferences). Please respond promptly to let us know if you’d like to attend or pass on the opportunity. This helps us give other clients a chance to join.

  • Grip socks must be worn in class for safety and hygiene reasons.

You are required to follow the instruction of the instructor at all times during a session. We reserve the right to ask you to leave the session if you are deemed to not be attempting to follow instructions or acting in an unsafe manner.

  • To participate in our group classes, clients must be 16 years of age or older. For children younger than 15, we can arrange 1:1 sessions.

  • We want to create a respectful environment for everyone. Please turn your phone on silent at the beginning of the class.

  • You acknowledge that our classes involve intense physical exercise and you accept that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you are able to participate in each session. If you have any injury that may prevent full participation you should discuss this with the instructor before the session begins. Any advice from our instructor does not constitute medical advice, and we strongly recommend that you consult a qualified healthcare professional prior to commencing a class if you have any concerns about your health or wellbeing.

If you have any concerns before booking please get in touch to discuss. It is the responsibility of the client to inform the instructor of any changes to their health.

Our booking and payment system is managed through MOMENCE and you can enjoy greater savings when you purchase classes in bulk. Reserve a spot on the Reformer below or download the MOMENCE App to easily book onto classes and manage your bookings.

  • Please remember that grip socks are compulsory for every class for safety and hygiene.
