Mums & Bubs Pilates at Reformer At The Barn
Got a baby and want to get back into exercise? Our Mums & Bubs Friendly class is designed for you to enjoy a Pilates session while your little one stays safely in their pram.
If you’re tired of trying to squeeze in home workouts during nap times, this is your chance to move, strengthen, and reconnect with your body in a calm and supportive studio environment. Our postnatal-friendly classes focus on gently rebuilding your core, improving posture, and increasing overall strength – all at your own pace.
It’s also a wonderful way to meet other local mums and share the journey together. Our experienced teacher will offer support with any crying babies – no stress, just gentle encouragement!
Who Can Join

Babies must be non-mobile (not yet crawling or walking) for safety.

You should be at least 6 weeks post-partum and have clearance from your female health physiotherapist or following your Mummy MOT.
What To Wear

Comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely without getting caught in the Reformer.

Mums & Bubs Private/ Duet Classes
A bespoke 1.1 workout designed to meet your specific needs and goals or for rehabilitation.
We also offer duet sessions so you can bring a friend for additional motivation and share the fun!
