Reformer Pilates Classes in Abbotsley near St Neots
With classes suited to all levels, from beginners to those looking for a greater challenge, we provide a supportive space to build strength, improve flexibility and leave each session feeling refreshed and energised.

Foundational Level
This class is great for beginners or seniors as it teaches you the basics of how to use the Reformer with more of a focus on technique. Despite the slower pace, you'll still experience that signature Pilates burn. You are still welcome to attend a beginner class if you are experienced but would like to practise at a slower pace or revisit the foundations. Your instructor will offer plenty of progressions/regressions and spring choices so as you can work to a difficulty level that suits you. You’ll feel muscles you never knew existed and leave feeling stronger, taller and invigorated

Mixed Level
This class is our standard dynamic mixed level class. Expect to be pushed but also still having fun along the way. Pilates props such as resistance circles, boxes and weights may also be used to add to the challenge. We recommend trying a Foundation class first so you get to grips with the Reformer machine. We will always give options and modifications where needed. This class will get you stronger, fitter and will be a great way to brighten up your day!

Intense
This is the more advanced Reformer Pilates class as it is more fast paced with harder exercises and stronger springs. This isn't suitable for beginners. Don't be scared off though as there are always options and modifications where needed. If you want a strong and intense Pilates workout then this is for you.

Reformer Jump
The jumpboard is when you have a jumpboard placed at the end of the Reformer. The jumpboard gives you the sensation of jumping & running but you’re often lying down and it’s really fun! The jumpboard protects your knees and back from the jarring impact of landing but you still build up strength and get your cardio fix. This is still a Reformer Pilates class (you're not always jumping!), but the jumpboard gives it a different and more intense feel.

Stretch & Flow
This workout is perfect if you wish to improve your flexibility while working through some gentle mobility flows and light activations.
One of the most versatile pieces of exercise equipment available, the Pilates Reformer, is ideally suited for isolating and lengthening specific muscles, and enabling a deeper, more effective stretch than you could achieve unassisted.
In this class, your instructor will guide you through a progression of stretches to improve all-round flexibility and mobility. Though you’ll see whole-body benefits, we place specific focus on the problem areas and muscle groups most adversely affected by the muscular imbalances and postural challenges of our 21st century living.
No specific level of fitness or experience is required.
Prenatal & Postnatal
This is for both pregnant women preparing for childbirth and for postnatal women who are recovering from childbirth. Please note this is not a mums & bubs class, please do not bring your baby for this class. You're able to come to this class right up until you give birth. For postnatal women, please make sure you've had clearance from a Mummy's MOT before you come.
We offer a tranquil and supportive setting where you can engage in exercises tailored specifically to your needs during this special time. With Prenatal Reformer Pilates, you can maintain your fitness and also prepare your body for childbirth.

Private & Duet Sessions
In addition to our group classes, we offer 1:1 and duet Pilates sessions. These personalised sessions are perfect for anyone seeking a tailored approach to their Pilates practice. Our individualised sessions are designed to meet your specific needs, including pre and post-natal care.
