Emily discovered her love for Pilates after stepping away from the dance world, where she found a new passion for helping others feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies. She was drawn to Pilates’ unique combination of control, alignment, and mindfulness. Pilates quickly became a core part of her life, providing the perfect blend of physical challenge and mental focus.
Emily’s teaching style is dynamic, supportive, and inclusive. She focusses on helping clients build strength, improve alignment, and connect with their bodies
