Meet the Team
Hayley
With a BA (Hons) in Dance Performance, Hayley brings both passion and precision to every class she teaches. She loves how Pilates supports a strong, balanced and injury-free body - something she’s experienced firsthand. Hayley’s sessions are calm, warm and flowy, focused on quality movement and form. Her goal is to promote functional movement that empowers both the body and mind, helping clients feel more liberated and stronger with every class. Outside the studio, she loves nothing more than spending time with her two boys and soaking up the little moments together.
